Semi Factory Nevada is the stand-alone Semi building at TRIC/Sparks, adjacent north of Gigafactory Nevada. After early Semi work inside GF1, Tesla broke ground in January 2024 on a dedicated high-volume plant. Aerials show SEMI roof lettering, docks, and desert site infrastructure as the structure rose through 2024 toward late-2025 volume production.
